These Terms govern access to cxacxc.com and purchases made through it. The store is operated by XIGOU CLOUD TRADING CO., LIMITED (“CXACXC”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and linked policies.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to contract in your location or use the site with a parent or guardian. Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised activity, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or infringe rights.

2. Product information

We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and supplier updates can cause reasonable differences. Information is general shopping information, not professional advice.

3. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices and currencies may vary by region and can change before acceptance. Shipping, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout. Promotions are subject to stated conditions.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. We may verify payment and details and may reject or cancel for suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, pricing or inventory error, payment failure, shipping restriction or legal requirement. Amounts charged for cancelled orders are returned.

5. Payment

Third-party payment providers process the methods shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the selected method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy governs processing, delivery, tracking, duties and address responsibilities. Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs returns, damaged goods, exclusions, cancellations and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for credentials and activity. We may send order, security and policy communications electronically. Marketing is subject to consent and opt-out rules.

8. Reviews and submissions

You remain responsible for submitted content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display it for operating and promoting the service, subject to law.

9. Intellectual property

Site design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Unless allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, distribute, sell, modify or exploit it.

10. Third-party services

Our store uses Shopify, payment processors and logistics partners. Independent services may have their own terms.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as available”. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties or remedies. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum required by law, whichever is higher. Limits do not apply where prohibited.

12. Suspension

We may restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security risk or material breach.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or lawful access to courts, regulators or dispute procedures in your location.

14. Changes and severability

We may publish revised terms with a new effective date. If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues.
