Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how CXACXC, operated by XIGOU CLOUD TRADING CO., LIMITED (“CXACXC”, “we”, “us”), processes and delivers orders placed on cxacxc.com.

1. Order processing

Orders are reviewed, prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. If a pre-order or made-to-order item has a different estimate, that timing is shown before purchase. Order and shipping confirmations are sent to the email used at checkout.

2. Shipping methods, charges and estimates

Standard tracked shipping is our default method. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of €35 or more receive free standard tracked shipping. Orders below €35 are charged €4.90. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

International delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by remote destinations, customs, carrier disruption, weather or peak periods.

3. Destinations

Availability depends on the product, carrier network and destination. If an address cannot be served, checkout may be unavailable or we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Address accuracy

Verify the recipient name, street, unit number, postal code and contact details before ordering. Contact support@cxacxc.com promptly for corrections. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or carrier handover.

5. Tracking and split shipments

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update. Orders may arrive in multiple parcels; additional tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

6. Duties and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, recipients are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and local clearance requirements.

7. Delayed, lost or marked-delivered parcels

Check the address, safe places, household members and neighbours, then contact the carrier. If unresolved, email support@cxacxc.com with your order and tracking numbers. Report issues promptly and no later than 14 days after recorded delivery or 30 days after the last tracking update, unless local law provides longer.
