Returns & Refunds

This policy explains returns, exchanges and refunds and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

1. 30-day return window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after carrier-recorded delivery. Items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Email support@cxacxc.com before returning anything with the order number, item and reason. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect orders promptly. Contact us within 7 days where possible and include the order number plus clear photos or a short video of the item, packaging and shipping label. We may offer parts, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable approved return postage when we confirm our error or transit damage.

3. Non-returnable items

Unless defective or required by law, exclusions may include perishables; custom goods; opened personal-care, intimate, hygiene or cosmetic products; hazardous materials; digital goods and activated software; gift cards; and clearly marked final-sale items.

4. Return shipping

Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless required by law. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

5. Exchanges

Direct exchange cannot be guaranteed. The fastest route is usually an approved return followed by a new order.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks or payment providers may need another 5–10 business days. Lawful deductions may apply for missing parts, avoidable damage or use beyond reasonable inspection.

7. Cancellations

Contact us immediately. We will try to stop an unshipped order but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing begins. Custom goods may be non-cancellable after production starts.
