What is the difference between 45 and 132 Bits?
45 Bits uses a 15 × 3 layout for concise notes. 132 Bits uses a 22 × 6 layout, giving longer messages and visual arrangements more room.
Which frame colours are available?
Black and White are available in both layouts. The Red frame is available with the 132-Bit format.
How do I change the message?
Connect Horse Deck to Wi-Fi, then compose and send messages through the mobile app or browser dashboard from anywhere.
Does it work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
Horse Deck connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Most dual-band routers let you select or temporarily separate the 2.4 GHz band during setup.
Is the display silent?
No. The character modules move mechanically, so message changes are audible. Once the modules stop, the displayed message does not require continuous motion.
What are the dimensions and mounting requirements?
45 Bits measures 64 × 26 × 9 cm and weighs 7.8 kg. 132 Bits measures 104.6 × 56.1 × 8.9 cm and weighs 20.4 kg. A wall rail, screws, plugs and spacers are included.
