These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cxacxc.com and purchases made through the site. The store is operated by XigouCloud Trading Co., Limited ("CXACXC", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your location, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site, products or services for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest information without authorization; impersonate another person; or violate intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

2. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors and images accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and supplier updates may cause reasonable variation. Packaging may change without materially changing the product. Information on the site is provided for general shopping purposes and is not professional medical, legal, safety or technical advice.

Products may be available only online, in limited quantities or in selected locations. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices and currencies shown may vary by location and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts are displayed during checkout when available. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless expressly allowed and have no cash value.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify payment and order details before acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing or inventory error, payment failure, shipping restriction or legal requirement.

If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. You are responsible for providing current and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers using the methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charges. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, duties and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Risk of loss and title transfer as required by applicable law; nothing in these Terms reduces mandatory consumer protections relating to delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged items, exclusions, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory rights available under local consumer law continue to apply.

8. Accounts and communications

If account features are offered, you are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You agree that we may send transactional communications electronically, including order, security and policy notices. Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules.

9. Reviews, feedback and submissions

You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the services, subject to applicable privacy law. Submissions must be honest, lawful and must not infringe another person's rights. We may moderate or remove content where permitted.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or exploit site content without written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

Our store uses third parties, including SHOPLINE, payment providers and logistics partners. Links or tools provided by third parties may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites or services except to the extent required by law.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XigouCloud Trading Co., Limited and its affiliates, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use where prohibited by law.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any mandatory consumer rights and venue protections that apply in your country or region remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court, regulator or dispute process available under applicable law.

18. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and order-specific terms displayed on the site, form the agreement between you and us concerning the services and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
