Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on cxacxc.com are processed and delivered by XigouCloud Trading Co., Limited ("CXACXC", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Order processing
Most orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. High-demand, personalized, pre-order or unusually large items may require additional processing time; when applicable, this will be stated on the product page or communicated to you.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address used at checkout. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent after the carrier accepts the parcel.
2. Shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates
Shipping method: Standard tracked shipping is our default delivery method. Depending on the destination, parcel size and carrier availability, an order may be transported by an international express carrier, postal service or local delivery partner. The carrier name and tracking number are provided in the shipping confirmation after dispatch.
Shipping charges: The exact shipping fee, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. It may vary based on the destination, product weight or dimensions and the available delivery service. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery time: Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. International transit commonly takes approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch, giving a typical total delivery estimate of approximately 6–18 business days after payment confirmation. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Remote locations, customs review, carrier disruptions, severe weather and peak-season volume can extend delivery times.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly identified at checkout.
3. Shipping destinations and charges
Shipping availability depends on the product, carrier network and delivery address. If we cannot serve your address, checkout may be unavailable or we will contact you before dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed before you submit payment.
4. Address accuracy and changes
Please review your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code and contact information before placing an order. Contact support@cxacxc.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes or rerouting once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier.
Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
5. Tracking and split shipments
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin showing movement after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. Where that happens, additional tracking numbers may be issued.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs procedures imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them. We cannot undervalue a shipment or declare a purchase as a gift.
7. Delayed, lost or marked-delivered parcels
If tracking shows no meaningful update for an extended period, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery address, safe locations, household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email support@cxacxc.com with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
Claims should be raised promptly and no later than 14 days after the carrier's recorded delivery date, or 30 days after the last tracking update for a parcel that has not arrived, unless local law provides a longer period.
